Suggested Use
To use, tear open one stick pack and pour in a 12-16 oz water bottle, or beverage of choice.
- To minimize ketoflu symptoms and tiredness during transition to a ketone metabolism use 1-2 servings per day upon waking and again approximately 5-6 hours after first dose.
- To raise ketone levels, even without carbohydrate restriction, take one scoop in 12 ounces of water. Done!
- To eradicate brain fog or promote mental sharpness, take one scoop approximately 20-30 minutes before effects are required.
- For endurance events or training days, use before workout. If event or workout exceeds three hours, use both before and intra workout. Take one serving 20-30 minutes pre-workout. If also utilizing intra-workout we recommend mixing another half to full dose into the beverage you consume during your event/training or taking another dose 2.5 hours after first dose.
Warning: This product contains more BHB per serving than other products on the market. For that reason, if you have never tried ketone or MCT supplementation its possible to experience GI upset with the first use. These symptoms subside quickly and are usually completely absent within two doses. If you do experience such symptoms scale down to half a dose and increase with tolerances.
