Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: All orders ship within 48 business hours unless otherwise indicated. Shipping occurs Monday-Thursday. All orders placed after 3pm will ship the next business day, where applicable.
Q: I do not have a Paypal account. How do I place an order?
A: You do not need a Paypal account to complete payment via this method. Paypal is simply our payment processing gateway. You can use a debit, credit card or checking account via the automatic Paypal link to pay for your order or enter your debit/credit card information directly on the site. If problems occur during this process, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional assistance or to complete payment via other methods.
Q: I am an international customer that would like to place an order. Do you ship to me?
A: Yes! We now ship to most international locations via the United States Postal Service and/or UPS. International customers are responsible for knowing their respective country's import and customs rules and regulations. We are not responsible for items that do not clear the customs process. We offer refunds only if this product is returned to us. Please consider this before purchase. A claim or inquiry can be filed with the carrier to gather more information if your package is not received. Please contact email@example.com for additional assistance.
Q: Will my international order be charged additional import fees?
A: Your order may be subject to customs and import duties. SavInd, Inc and KetoSports has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on current charge and/or fees.
Q: I placed my order and got a payment confirmation but when I sign into the Ketosports website it says that my order is still processing/pending. What happened?
A: It may take up to 24 hours for your order status to be updated online.
Q: What is the Ketosports return policy?
A: For customer safety, we do not accept returns as returned items cannot be restocked. Please carefully consider this before your purchase. Should you have any issues or questions, we will be happy to offer further assistance in this matter.
